  • Overall student inquiries are declining. 
  • Rapid growth in Post-Master’s certificates continues.
  • Inquiries for Human Services and Medical Insurance Coding are up over 100%.
  • Microsoft Office is a critical skill set.
  • Online programs are continually taking share from on-ground programs.
